"A Soulf for Europe Conference 2017" took place in Berlin on the 10th-11th November.
The Conference explored the constitutive role of citizens and urban communities in Europe and the need to connect citizens to other levels of responsibility: "Who is assuming responsibility for Europe? How citizens, cities and parliaments have to cooperate for the future of Europe".
Created around 25 years ago, the International Cultural Heritage Fair is the oldest and among the leading heritage fairs in Europe. This year the event takes place from the 2nd to the 5th November. Throughout all the 3rd November the Cultural Routes are being presented to the numerous participants in the fair, at the Carrousel du Louvre, at a dedicated stand, shared with ICOMOS France.
The General Assembly of Destination Napoleon took place from 27th to 29th October in Mantova (Italy). Eleonora Berti, Project Coordinator of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe, was invited to join the meeting, giving an introductory speech on the 30 years of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe.

The lecture was given at the Mantova branch of the university, within the framework of the academic course on "Planning in Historical Context Studio".
