• 2017 Iter Vitis General Assembly

    On 22-23 June in Turgiano (Perugia, Italy) was held the General Assembly of Iter Vitis, Cultural Route of the Council of Europe since 2009, in the framework of the European Symposium on Oenotourism. Participants from France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Tunisia, Russian Federation and Georgia attended the meeting, which was the opportunity to discuss further development and strategies of the network. Following the presentation of Pierre Verdier (President, Iter Vitis) and Emanuela Panke (General Manager, Iter Vitis), Stefano Dominioni, Executive Secretary of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes and Director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes, delivered a speech about the Cultural Routes programme, with a focus on sustainable cultural tourism and local development.
