On 5th July, Stefano Dominioni, EICR Director and EPA Executive Secretary, Eleonora Berti, EICR Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Project Coordinator and Jennifer Herkner Gaeta, EICR project manager met Catharina Druckenbrod and Sara Duryea, representatives of “European route of Reformation” at the headquarters of the Institute for an interesting working session to discuss their future candidacy as "Cultural Route of the Council of Europe".
On 4th July Eleonora Berti, Project Coordinator of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe and Jennifer Herkner Gaeta, Project Manager of the European Institute of Cultural Routes met Ingeborg Pouwels, Johannes Weining, Wouter Pfeiffer and Friedrich Rohlfing, delegates of Via Molina at the headquarters of the Istitute.
The certification ceremony of Via Charlemagne Cultural Route took place on the 4th July in the headquarters of the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
A meeting of the Cult-RInG Steering Group with rrepresentatives of the European Institute of Cultural Routes and six selected Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe took place in Brussels on the 29th June 2018.
The annual Training Academy for Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe took place from the 12th to 15th June 2018 at the Royal Monastery of Yuste in Cuacos de Yuste (Extremadura, Spain).

HANSA cities have developed “Explore HANSA” Apps to smooth the visit to the 9 enchanting Hanseatic cities rich in heritage and tradition – Visby in Sweden, Pärnu and Viljandi in Estonia and Cēsis, Koknese, Kuldīga, Limbaži, Straupe and Valmiera in Latvia. The mobile applications provide the traveller with all the necessary information about each city and its wonderful sights. Available in several languages, both for Android and iOS systems, the downloaded Apps can also be used offline.
On May 16th, the presentation of the project "Mozart and We" took place at the elementary school in Obertrum.
The project, initiated by the Province of Salzburg and the European Mozart Ways, was carried out in cooperation with the " Young Literarturhaus Salzburg", the elementary school Obertrum and the Mozarteum Foundation Salzburg.
