Dr. Stefano Dominioni (Ph.D., M.Phil. M.A, Yale University) is Executive Secretary of the Council of Europe Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes, and Director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes. He is responsible for overseeing the certification by the Council of Europe of cultural route projects in the field of European history, art, heritage, and landscape across its 47 Member States and the regular evaluation of the current 32 certified cultural routes. Dr. Dominioni regularly interacts with Ministry of Culture and Tourism representatives, Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe managers, and international Organization stakeholders, including DGGROW and their 2015-2017 joint action. He is a regular speaker at Europe-wide cultural heritage and tourism event and is often interviewed by news press agencies and national media.

Graduated in 2006 in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Florence (Italy), Eleonora Berti has obtained in 2010 a PhD degree in Landscape Architecture and Planning, with a research on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe. She has been working since 2009 at the EICR, where she is Council of Europe Cultural Routes Project Coordinator. She is co-author of the book "Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe", TCI (2011), author of "Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe: between landscape project and research of identity", FUP (2012) and co-author of "Cultural Routes management: from theory to practice", Council of Europe (2015).

Kathleen Lapie graduated from the Ecole du Louvre (Paris) with a Master degree of Art History and Museology and received a Master degree in Education and Linguistics Politics (University Aix-Marseille) as well as a Master of Business Administration (ISAM-IAE). She has worked in the diplomatic and international cooperation sector for 15 years in Europe, Africa and Latin America, with a specialisation in the fields of culture and education.
